This information is only for people who have been notified that their abstract has been accepted.
Dear presenter, we are very pleased to receive your academic input through your paper submission, enriching the scientific program of the 39th IAHR World Congress.
The deadline for extended abstract submissions is 15 February 2021. Please note that if your paper is accepted, you must be fully registered for the congress in order to be able to present your paper.
Further information on how to submit your extended abstract will be available at a later stage. However, here is some information in advance:
The system only accepts Word Documents (.doc or .docx).
Your Word document size cannot be over 4 Mb.
Make sure you follow the extended abstract template before submission and do not forget to upload the copyright agreement that can be found below as well.
After you finish the submission of your extended abstract, make sure you register for the congress. Please note this requirement is mandatory. To register, please click here.
The corresponding author must submit both the extended abstract and the copyright agreement through the online submission form provided by the Technical Secretariat to all authors with accepted abstracts via email. Remember that submitting the copyright agreement at the time of your paper submission is mandatory.

Authors of accepted abstracts will be requested to submit their extended abstract electronically (2 pages) before 15 February 2021 through the conference’s online submission form (Click this link) using the same login as for the abstract submission. Please do not add page numbers in your paper as these will be changed. Only Word files will be allowed.
After you have uploaded your extended abstract, you will be able to access it again to view it or edit it until the submission deadline.
For your submissions to be included in the congress’s proceedings, the corresponding author must be registered and have paid the registration fee in time.
The presenter and the corresponding author should be the same person. One presenter can make up to two oral presentations.
